Customize your emails

The Sponteous platform let you personalize our email template.

 

1. Click on the "Settings" tab, then choose "Emails" from the left menu.

 

2. Customize your emails

Reply to

This is the email address if any of your guests would like to respond to emails. If you do not wish to receive emails, you could enter an address such as "no-reply@yourdomain.com".


Logo

Upload a logo that will be displayed in the header of all your emails.


Header image (request)

This represents the image that will be displayed in the banner of the initial email inviting your customers to submit an offer. When an image is loaded, a window will open allowing you to resize your image to match the proportions of the template.


Header image (bid accepted)

This represents the image that will be displayed in the banner of the message indicating to your guests that their offer has been accepted. When an image is loaded, a window will open allowing you to resize your image to match the proportions of the template.


Colors

It is possible to customize the background, button and font colors.


Font

It is possible to customize the font. By default, the Arial font will be used if the an application (ex: Gmail) is not able to load the font.

 

From

You can change the name that is displayed.

 

Subject

You can change the subject of the request email only. The drop-down menu allows you to change the language and create translations.

 


3. Test your email

Under the window allowing to preview the email is a field where you can simulate the sending of a request email.

 


4. Save your changes
