To automate the sending requests process, click the Settings tab, then choose Automation from the left menu.
1. Activate the "Sending requests automation" by pressing the toggle button
2. Select how many days before the date of arrival (check-in) the email must be sent.
3. Choose a sending time
4. Indicate whether you want to send an email to guests who reserve for the same day.
- If so, indicate the maximum sending time.
5. Finally, indicate the minimum delay between the time of booking and the time of sending the email.
- This is useful for last minute bookings.
- Ex: A guest reserves 2 days in advance while the email is sent 5 days in advance.
