When you accept an offer, we send notify your guest. You can set a minimum delay so that your customers receive the confirmation only a few days before their checkin, regardless of when you accepted their offer.
To automate the notification of acceptance, press Settings, then choose Automation.
1. Under the "Schedule notification of acceptance" section, make sure the toggle button is enabled
2. Indicate the number of days required between arrival (checkin) and sending the notification of acceptance.
3. Enter the sending time.
Note: If an offer is accepted within the minimum period, the confirmation email will be sent automatically. Ex: The acceptance emails are sent 2 days before and the customer's offer is accepted the day before arrival.
