Allowing or excluding specific segments

The platform allows you to send your bidding requests to specific segments. Alternatively, you can choose to exclude some segments. 

 

In order to create segmentation, go to Settings then choose Segmentation.

 

1. Click the sync button to make sure the platform has the latest data

2. Allow or exclude specific segment for a specific category. 

  • Allowed : Email requests will only be sent to guests from this group.
  • Excluded : No email request will be send to a guest that is part of this group.
  • You cannot allow and exclude segments under the same category.

Segment categories may vary according to your PMS integration.

  • Fare types
  • Market segment
  • Excluding email or domain
  • Classification
  • Profile type
  • Booking source
  • Email Address type
