Accepting or declining an offer

1. Go to the Bid page. Make sure you are in the Manage offers tab.

2. Click on the desired date in the table. All the offers received will be displayed inside the table.

3. Choose from the options offered. The number of options depends on the number of offers made by the customer. For example, if the guest has bet on 2 types of room, 3 options will be offered (you can accept the first offer, accept the second offer or decline). A colored bar indicates the strength of the offer according to the established minimum and maximum (see Configure your room types).

4. Click Confirm

• A progress bar will be displayed for the next 5 seconds. By clicking on Cancel, you will cancel and stop the operation .
