Mark an offer as Cancelled or No-show

When you have accepted a guest's offer and the guest did not show up or canceled, it is important to mark the guest as Cancelled / No-Show in order to avoid being charged for this upgrade.


1. Go to the Bids page

2. Search for the customer using the search bar

3. Click on the customer's name


4. Click on the icon Capture_d_e_cran__le_2021-09-19_a__17.17.28.png


5. At the bottom of the window, click Capture_d_e_cran__le_2021-09-19_a__17.18.10.png
