How to void a room upgrade or an extra?

1. Go to the Bids page and open the guest's request details by clicking on the blue file icon. A popup will appear.




2.  To mark a reservation as "Canceled or No Show" : 


Click on the Canceled / No-Show button at the bottom of the popup.


Please note : If the button doesn't appear, make sure that the reservation is canceled in the PMS. 



To void an extra :


Scroll to the Product section and click on the tree little dots next to the product you want to void.
