Follow these simple steps to ensure Sponteous can reach your guests without being blocked:.

According to Expedia's guidelines:

"The email account used to send emails must be associated with a valid Partner Central user account."


This means that for your messages to reach their intended recipients without being blocked by Expedia, the email address you use on the Sponteous platform must be linked to a valid Partner Central user account.


How to Make Sure Your Messages Are Delivered:

  • Ensure that the email address you're using to send messages through Sponteous is also associated with an active and valid Partner Central user account.
  • If the email address is not already associated with a Partner Central account, you'll need to create one.
